Job Description –
Team Leader (Partner Activation Team) Role Overview The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Partner Activation Executives. The role involves driving partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and revenue generation through cross-selling wealth products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), and PMS. The Team Leader will ensure the team achieves sales targets, maintains partner relationships, and delivers high-quality onboarding and servicing.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Monitor daily calling, lead conversion, onboarding, and partner activation. Coach team members on sales, objection handling, and closing techniques. Ensure timely completion of KYC, documentation, and platform registration. Drive revenue through partner acquisition and cross-selling wealth products. Track team performance, maintain MIS, and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Skills & Experience
4–6 years of sales experience, with 1–2 years in team handling. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. Target-oriented with experience in partner acquisition or inside sales. Basic knowledge of Insurance, Mutual Funds, PMS, or other financial products is preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
