Job Description – Back Office ExecutivePosition: Back Office ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to handle daily operational and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing quotations, stock monitoring, logistics coordination, payment follow-ups, documentation, and vendor communication to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sending quotations to parties and vendors.
Reviewing and monitoring stock status on a regular basis.
Coordinating with the logistics team for material follow-up and dispatch updates.
Sharing bilty details and dispatch documents with concerned parties.
Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth operational workflow.
Following up on pending payments and verifying payment status.
Preparing, sharing, and maintaining outstanding reports.
Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation.
Supporting day-to-day back office and administrative activities.

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and email handling.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in Back Office Operations, Administration, or Coordination roles preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
